No, physiotherapists can assess and treat without referral by a doctor. However, if you have already seen a GP or consultant please bring any relevant scans or investigation reports to enables us to get a better understanding of your condition.

Your appointment will take place in the comfort of either your own home, office, institution or nursing home. Please ensure you have a private space to feel comfortable to be assessed and talk about your injury or rehabilitation goals.

The number of appointments you will need depends on your condition and diagnosis. After the initial assessment your physiotherapist will be able to give you an idea about number of sessions and frequency you may need.

Initial appointment includes detailed assessment and rehabilitation plan, this will take 40 – 60 min. Follow up appointments are usually 30-40 min.

Yes, our physiotherapists are CORU registered, you are eligible for reimbursement from your private medical insurance. Contact your insurance company to check the level of cover.

We understand that,we provide our clients with a lot of information during a session. Therefore, in order to make things easier for you we will send you a detailed individualised rehabilitation program. This program will have a written explanation of the exercises with how often you need to complete the exercise to make it as easy as possible for you to feel confident that you are doing things correctly.

During physio session our physiotherapists can assess you and measure for walking aids if needed. We can suggest appropriate walking aid and provide you list of suppliers near to you. If you already have a walking aid, we can check it and readjust if needed.
